Since the new year has began I have last sight of my weight loss goals. I have been packing on the weight. I’m up to 110lbs now. It’s not even going to the nice parts of my body. I’ve been working out & eating right again & steadily losing weight. But now I feel like I’m losing my boobs. They’re progressively getting smaller & smaller. Ugh, now I’m stuck on what to do. I never thought I’d be one of those girls that’d have to worry about their breasts & now I’ve been researching breast augmentations.
I used the drink mix. You pretty much just eat & drink that & it is supposed to suppress your want to eat too much. It also gives you like a sugar high so usually I drink it an hour before going to the gym. But if you don’t want to spend money on that you could always go on the water & fruit juice detox for the last 5 days or just eat fruits & vegetables for all of next week, you’ll lose a lot of weight fast with these fad diets, but once you go back to your normal eating patterns you’ll gain all that weight back. But at least you’ll look good for your dress.
Ruuuuun. Ruuun your ass off & drink lots & lots of water. If you want a quick fix, & only want weight loss for Formal and not long term the best suggestion I have is doing it the unhealthy way. Get a good supplement. I’ve used hydroxycut & lost 3lbs. in 3 days. I’ve told my friend to use that & she lost about 5-7 lbs. for homecoming.
This shows that I have gross skin under my makeup. You can see my acne, thanks to the light it emphasized it. Oh & my face looks kinda fat, but this picture was taken after christmas.
